Terms of service
The rules for using DigitalForms.ai, including billing, cancellations and refunds.
The service
DigitalForms.ai lets you create forms (optionally drafted by AI), publish them by link, collect answers and documents, and review them with AI assistance.
AI output is an aid for your review. It can be wrong and must be checked against the original documents. The AI never approves, rejects or scores anyone; every decision is yours.
Your account and your forms
You're responsible for your account, for the forms you publish and for how you use what people send you — including having a lawful reason to collect it, telling people how it's used, and following anti-discrimination and data protection laws.
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to deceive people, or to collect information you're not allowed to collect.
Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Individual, Pro and Business) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew each month until you cancel.
The price shown is the amount you pay each month.
Each plan's limits (forms, monthly submissions, AI form generations, AI document analyses, storage and file size) are shown on the pricing page. Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing month.
Upgrades take effect straight away, and you're charged the difference for the rest of the current month. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your account moves to the Free plan until the payment succeeds. Stripe retries the card automatically and emails you so you can update it; when a payment goes through, your paid plan comes back. Your forms and data are kept.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing. Your paid plan stays until the end of the month you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial months, unused allowances, downgrades or cancellations.
If you delete your account, any paid plan ends immediately, without a refund.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in Settings. This permanently removes your forms, submissions, uploaded documents, AI results and usage history.
Changes
These terms may change as the service develops. Significant changes will be announced before they take effect.
